The Brasstongue Clan

The Brasstongue clan are a clan of Dragonborn that wander nomadically throughout Tribel.

Summary

Religion/Spirituality
- Animistic. They believe that everything has a spirit.
Government
- Leader is chosen democratically, albeit indirectly, by popular vote for who is the best story teller
- Top 5 storytellers form an advisory council for the leader
- Usually elders, but not always
Marriage
- Only married couples are allowed to breed, and marriage is only for breeding purposes.
- A marriage produces no more than 1 clutch of 1 to 5 eggs
- The marriage ends once a child has reached the age of 3 years
- Male children over the age of 3 are raised by their father. Similarly, female children over the age of 3 are raised by their mother.
- Children are raised almost as much by the entire clan as they are by their parents.
